Legal Basis for the Processing of your Personal Data
As to Purpose A, Rifugio Lagazuoi utilizes as the legal basis for processing your personal data the need to implement the contract, specifically to finalize and manage your booking.
Failure to provide your personal data, Rifugio Lagazuoi cannot provide the service required.
As to Purpose B, in the case your email address provided on booking is utilized, Rifugio Lagazuoi pursues the legitimate commercial interest to provide their services. When personal data are used for legitimate interest, Rifugio Lagazuoi will balance your rights and the protection of your personal rights against the rights and legitimate interest of Rifugio Lagazuoi.

At the time of the booking Rifugio Lagazuoi will charge you as deposit the 30% of the booking amount.
The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
In the case of booking cancellation 3 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the booking will be charged, except for additional services.
